oViral is a manual promotion service that works to place client hashtags in the Twitter/X trending lists for an agreed country and duration. Each engagement is scoped and priced individually before work begins.
2. No guarantees
X (Twitter) is a third-party platform we do not control. While we draw on a proven track record, we do not and cannot guarantee a specific position, duration or outcome. Expectations are agreed per campaign.
3. Payment
Pricing is confirmed before any work starts and settled privately. We do not collect card or payment details on this website.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the legality of your content. We may decline or stop any campaign that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that violates platform policies.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oViral is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms including content removal or account action.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
