- Turn off the VPN (or turn it on). If a VPN is on, your trends follow the VPN's exit country. Switching it off — or deliberately choosing a country — changes which board you see. This is the quickest test of whether your network is the cause.
- Expect "For you" to differ from pure location trends. Some of your list is location-based and some is interest-based. If you want the raw regional board, look for the location-only view rather than the personalized one.
